In order to limit the risk of loss or damage to your personal property, please ensure:
Your vehicle’s windows and sunroof (if applicable) are closed.
After market aerials, alterations or modifications removed or made secure.
Note: Heavily soiled vehicles from Off Road use may not be serviceable at this facility.
If you request the provision of car washing and related services (collectively, services) from the Operator of this Perfect Carwash business (Operator) and the Operator agrees to provide those Services, you and the Operator are agreeing to that, subject to any rights you have at law that cannot be waived, neither the Operator nor Perfect Pty Ltd (ABN 12 101 257 023) is liable, and you will bring any action or claim against either of them, in respect of any loss or damaged suffered or incurred by you in connection with the provision of Services by the Operator. Without limiting the above, this includes any loss or damage to your vehicle or other personal property.
Wash Club non-transferable. Only valid for the car registration entered at time of purchase. Wash Club can not be paused/extended due to incidents cause by customer. Wash Club expires 1 month/1 year from the date it was purchased – i.e. Wash Club purchased on the 1st Jan 2023 can be used up until 31st Jan 2024, it can not be used on the 1st Feb.
