By engaging the Operator of this Perfect Carwash business (Operator) to provide car washing and related services (collectively, Services), you acknowledge and agree that, subject to any rights you have at law that cannot be waived:

1. you have relied upon your own skill and judgment in determining whether the Services are reasonably fit for your purposes and have not relied upon any representations of the Operator;
2. you have taken all reasonable steps to reduce the risk of loss or damage to your vehicle and other personal property, including but not limited to:
   • closing all windows, doors and sunroofs (as applicable);
   • adequately protecting wipers; and
   • removing or making secure all aftermarket aerials, alterations or modifications;
3. you are responsible for any loss or damage you suffer or incur in connection with the provision of the Services by the Operator;
4. neither the Operator nor Magic Hand Car Wash Franchisor Pty Ltd (ABN 12 101 257 023) is liable, and you will not bring any action or claim against either of them, in respect of any loss or damage you suffer or incur in connection with the provision of Services by the Operator;
5. to the extent that you are entitled to a remedy for a breach of a consumer guarantee, your remedy is limited to supplying the Services again or the payment of the cost of having the Services supplied again; and
6. the Operator may refuse to supply the Services if, in the Operator’s sole discretion, your vehicle is unsuitable for receiving the Services due to its age, model, degree of soiling or extent of modifications.

Introduction

• We’re thrilled to have you as part of the Wash Club community! This Fair Go Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and is here to make sure everyone enjoys a great experience, every time. It’s about keeping things fair, so all members can take full advantage of their unlimited washes without impacting others.

What “Unlimited” Means

• Your membership allows you to wash your registered vehicle as often as you need—within fair and reasonable limits.
• Wash Club is designed for personal use. If you’re using a commercial vehicle (e.g. ride-share, delivery or taxi), this membership may not be the best fit and could be subject to different terms.

Fair Use Guidelines
To ensure all members get the most out of Wash Club:

• Most members wash their cars fewer than 10 times per month—if usage is significantly higher, we may reach out for a quick chat.
• Washing your car multiple times a day, or every single day, might trigger a review.
• Memberships are for individual, personal use—so using one membership for multiple vehicles isn’t permitted.
• If you need extra washes, no worries—you can grab additional ones for just $9 each until your next billing cycle.

Vehicle Guidelines

• Your membership is linked to one registered vehicle.
• Need to switch vehicles? Just let us know and we’ll help update your details.

How We Manage Misuse

We keep an eye on wash frequency to help everyone get a fair go. If something looks a little unusual, we’ll get in touch to discuss it—no surprises.

In rare cases where the policy isn’t followed, we may:

• Temporarily pause the membership
• Cancel the membership (without refund)
• Decline future membership requests

But our goal is always to work with you first to find a fair and friendly solution.

Amendments

Perfect Car Wash reserves the right to amend this policy and the associated terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email.
