Yes, you can log in to your Stripe Customer Account and CANCEL your membership at any time. We currently do not allow memberships to be “paused”, however you re-subscribe at your convenience.

Yes, head to our Wash Club page on our website and submit the online form to change your rego. Please note this is not automatic and will require 24 hours to complete during Business Hours.

Yes, on your purchase anniversary date of each month.

If you are a subscription member, you can check when your membership renews by logging on to your Wash Club Account via the website. If you have purchased a monthly Wash Club pass in Store, you will need to refer to your customer receipt for the date that your monthly pass expires. Or alternately send enquiry to info@perfectcarwash.au

Simply log in to your Wash Club Account and you can CANCEL your subscription at any time.

No, subscriptions are paid for 1 month in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancelling during the month. However you are able to use your membership up until the expiry date, your membership will not renew for the following month.
