No, subscriptions are paid for 1 month in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancelling during the month. However you are able to use your membership up until the expiry date, your membership will not renew for the following month.

If you request the provision of car washing and related services (collectively, services) from the Operator of this Perfect Carwash business (Operator) and the Operator agrees to provide those Services, you and the Operator are agreeing to that, subject to any rights you have at law that cannot be waived, neither the Operator nor Perfect Pty Ltd (ABN 12 101 257 023) is liable, and you will bring any action or claim against either of them, in respect of any loss or damaged suffered or incurred by you in connection with the provision of Services by the Operator. Without limiting the above, this includes any loss or damage to your vehicle or other personal property.

• Perfect wash club membership allows unlimited washes for each registered vehicle every month. One vehicle per month per membership.
• Subscriptions membership is automatically renewed on a monthly basis from start date
• Casual monthly Memberships expire 1 month from the date of purchase. I.e. Wash Club purchased on the 1st Jan 2023 can be used up until 31st Jan 2023
• The membership is limited to one wash per vehicle per day
• Wash Club membership will be automatically deactivated if we are unable to charge your nominated credit/debit card
• Members need to notify Perfect of any changes to Vehicle Registrations.
• Credit/Debit card details, email address and mobile number can be updated in your Stripe Customer Account.
• Wash club membership can be cancelled at any time via your Stripe Customer Account
• Perfect is not liable to refund any unused portion of plan due to early cancellation
• Perfect reserves the right to close store or change hours of operation at it’s discretion
• Perfect reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the Membership at any time
• The Unlimited Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts
• Wash Club membership is non-transferable
